Prepare ingredients: chopped green onions and wash baby bok choy clean

Mix one scoop of light soya sauce, one scoop of soy sauce, one teaspoon of vinegar, and one teaspoon of fermented soya beans into a sauce.

Boil a pot of water and put in the noodles. Stir the noodles with chopsticks to avoid sticking together.

Take the cooked noodles out and put it in the cold boiled water for 10 seconds, then keep the water out.

Boil some water and put the baby bok choy into it. Immediately scoop them out once they become soft.

Heat the oil in a wok or a large frying pan, then stir-fry the scallion.
