Do not be scared off by the name - Coffin Bread is in fact a hollowed toast stuffed with milk paste, chicken, potatoes, peas, prawn, squid and other fillings. As a unique snack developed from Western food, it is similar to Salad Bread and looks like a coffin, thus the name by foodies.
