Chili Fish Head or Steamed Fish Head with Chopped Red Chili is a popular and classic Hunan Dish integrating the fresh taste of fish head and the spicy flavor of chili. Usually taking the head of bighead carp and chili as the base, the dish is steamed with the seasonings like soybean oil, ginger, green onion and garlic. The fresh taste of fish head is kept to the maximum while the flavor of chopped chili penetrates into the fish properly. The dish tastes delicate and agreeably spicy.
