Hong Kong-Style Milk Tea, also known as Silk Tea, is a drink unique to Hong Kong. In the authentic Hong Kong-Style Milk Tea, the taste of milk is supposed to be stronger than tea while the tea should be fragrant enough - first sweet, then bitter. Ceylon black tea imported from Sri Lanka is used in Hong Kong-Style Milk Tea to yield moderate concentration and fragrance. You can enjoy this kind of milk tea in any local cafe (Cha Chaan Teng).
