Kung Pao Chicken or Gung Po Chicken is a world-famous traditional Chinese dish which takes chicken as base and added with peanut, cucumber, chili and other ingredients. Kung Pao Chicken is spicy and sweet, characterized by tender and smooth chicken and crisp peanuts, and tastes agreeably spicy.

Suitable For

Growing children can eat more Kung Pao Chicken as it can supplement certain calcium nutrition and protein needed by children.

Not Suitable For

  1. For those suffering from dryness-heat, Kung Pao Chicken can cause physical discomfort because chicken itself is a hot and dry food which can aggravate the discomfort and is not suggested for this kind of people.
  2. Gung Po Chicken is also not suitable for hyperpietic as it can cause physical discomfort.

When my son studied in China, he took me to eat this dish. It tastes a bit sweet and spicy. For me who don't like spicy food, it is also acceptable. Very delicious Chinese food.
