Pork Braised in Brown Sauce or Red Braised Pork is a classic Chinese dish which tastes fat but not greasy, soft, glutinous and delicious. As a delicacy for all ages, Red Braised Pork is also rich in collagen and good for maintaining beauty, keeping young and improving the elasticity of skin.


In general, both healthy and sick people can eat the dish. When I saw this dish, I was stunned and didn’t dare to eat it. It was too oily, but my friend let me try it. I tried to eat a small piece and was completely conquered. It's Not greasy at all and tastes very delicious. I have recommendded it to my friends.
