Pork Braised in Brown Sauce or Red Braised Pork is a classic Chinese dish which tastes fat but not greasy, soft, glutinous and delicious. As a delicacy for all ages, Red Braised Pork is also rich in collagen and good for maintaining beauty, keeping young and improving the elasticity of skin.

When I saw this dish, I was stunned and didn’t dare to eat it. It was too oily, but my friend let me try it. I tried to eat a small piece and was completely conquered. It's Not greasy at all and tastes very delicious. I have recommendded it to my friends.
