Steps

Step 1

Prepare for the ingredients. The pork tenderloin needs to put in the refrigerator to frozen to make it easy to cut latter.

Step 2

Cut the pork tenderloin into small strips. Add some salt, soy sauce, egg white and shredded ginger to combine well and let the pork absorb all of the seasonings. Set aside for at least 10 minutes.

Step 3

While spreading the starch, grab it with your hands until all the pork strips are stained with starch and spread out without sticking.

Step 4

Heat oil in a wok. Place the pork strips one by one and fry until slightly Browned. Take them out of the wok without turn off the fire. Place the fried pork strips in again and continue frying for about 5-8 seconds until very browned.

Step 5

Place the fried pork strips in a plate for later use.

Step 6

Leave little oil in the wok. Fry the ketchup and sugar together until there are large bubbles over slowest fire.

Step 7

Add vinegar, salt and half a bowl of starch water and heat for one minute until well thickened.

Step 8

Pour the juice to the fried pork strips and sprinkle some toasted sesame as decoration. Done!
