Three Stuffed Treasures
煎酿三宝

Three Stuffed Treasures is a traditional street food popular in Hong Kong. To cook the dish, fresh dace flesh is stuffed in eggplant, green pepper, oil bean curd and other ingredients, and then fried on the iron plate. It can be served with soy sauce or chili oil, or strung on a bamboo stick to eat. Despite the name of "three treasures", there can be a great variety to choose from. Yet eggplant, green pepper and tofu are the most popular.
