West Lake Water Shield Soup is a traditional dish unique to Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, which is mainly cooked with water shield in West Lake area and tastes delicious and distinctive. Consisting of green water shield and white shredded chicken, the soup looks bright and tastes delicate and delicious.
