Fried Rice is a homemade dish derived from Guangdong cuisine. The main ingredient is cooked rice, which is added with vegetables, egg and other ingredients as desired by using the main cooking technology of frying. With a unique taste, the rice is soft and delicious.

Nutrition and Efficacy

The main ingredient of rice is carbohydrates. The protein in rice is mainly rice sperm protein. The composition of amino acids is relatively complete, and it is easy to digest and absorb for people.

The content of minerals, dietary fiber and B vitamins (especially vitamin B1) in brown rice is higher than that in polished rice.

Not Suitable For

  1. Diabetic patients should not eat too much of it.

When I work in China, I often eat Fried Steamed Rice at the nearby restaurants. There are many kinds of fried rice. My favorite is Yangzhou fried rice. It is very delicious.
